Shampoo

Start by thoroughly wetting your hair with warm water to open the cuticles and prepare your scalp for cleansing.

Apply a small amount of shampoo to your palms and gently massage it into your scalp using your fingertips. Focus on the roots, where oil and dirt tend to accumulate, while letting the lather naturally cleanse the rest of your hair as you rinse.
